Outcome ROI

Outcome ROI extends the ROI Dashboard with what attendees do after an event — applications, enrollments, gifts, or deals — measured against your Salesforce data model (Sales Cloud, NPSP, Nonprofit Cloud, Education Cloud, Health Cloud, or Kindsight Ascend). Each event type maps to a default outcome set that admins can adjust per organization or per event.

Outcomes mature over a window after the event, so early numbers are marked Maturing. A stage the org cannot report on shows Not available in this org instead of zero, and the share of attendees who could not be matched to a contact is always shown.
